The software architecture, financial algorithms, databases, design, and brand are the exclusive property of Civilis (www.civilis.online).
All technical documents, BOQs, and price datasets generated by users using our software remain their exclusive intellectual property. CIVIL WORKS acquires no rights over your engineering studies.
The SaaS platform is hosted on highly secure professional servers, ensuring performance, accessibility, and data encryption. The Civilis agency deploys all necessary technical means to maintain these quality standards. However, service interruptions due to unforeseeable hardware failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events do not engage the liability of Civilis in any way. To mitigate these risks, automated backup protocols are in place, limiting any potential data loss to a maximum history of 24 hours.

In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Courts of Kébili (Tunisia).
