More than just an estimation tool, CIVIL WORKS is a 100% cloud-based SaaS platform for BTP professionals to calculate costs (BOQ), forecast ROI, and plan with algorithmic precision.
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (TCU/TCS) govern the access and use of the software by any User.
At its launch, access to the basic features of CIVIL WORKS is offered free of charge. The Publisher reserves the right to introduce paid software subscriptions at any time.
In the context of paid software features (Subscriptions, software add-ons), the following conditions apply:
CIVIL WORKS strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to its SaaS platform. Software licenses and credits unlock direct access to our calculators and data environments.
CIVIL WORKS operates exclusively as a software technology provider. The platform does not process user-to-user financial transactions, does not mandate external contractors, and strictly does not hold or manage funds in escrow.
The platform provides software access to BTP professional databases. CIVIL WORKS acts strictly as a SaaS data provider and never acts as a marketplace, broker, or intermediary.
To guarantee a secure environment, access to sensitive features requires prior identity verification.
The User agrees to provide official documents. In case of fraud, the account will be immediately suspended.
CIVIL WORKS is a software ecosystem designed to facilitate cost estimation and project management data. Users act independently.
The technological tools provided (BOQ generator, algorithmic price suggestions) constitute decision support tools.
The Publisher does not guarantee absolute accuracy. CIVIL WORKS declines all responsibility for financial loss or estimating errors resulting from software use.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend a User's access without notice in the following cases:
The platform architecture, calculation algorithms, source code, and databases are the exclusive property of Civilis. Any extraction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
These conditions are subject to Tunisian law. Express jurisdiction is attributed to the Courts of Kebili (Tunisia).
Premium software services are billed as recurring subscriptions.
CIVIL WORKS does not store credit card details. For international transactions, the order process, payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection are handled by our official online reseller and Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). By making an international purchase, you contract with this Merchant of Record under their secure terms (PCI-DSS compliant).
As the software is exclusively for professionals (B2B), the 14-day legal right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply.
In the event of payment failure, CIVIL WORKS reserves the right to suspend access to premium software features.
The standard 'National' subscription grants access to Premium features for the market corresponding to the user's country of registration. 'International Access' is an additional service, billed separately for each targeted foreign country. It allows expanding visibility and access to foreign markets, and is subscribed for a renewable 1-month period at the specific rate of the selected country.
